Festive Holiday Sangria
Fruity, boozy, delicious holiday sangria is sure to impress at any holiday party!

- 2 apples cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pear cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberries rinsed
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 bottle red wine such as Garnacha or Merlot
- Plenty of ice
Add fruit and sugar to a large pitcher. Using a large wooden spoon, muddle the fruit and sugar together for about 1 minute. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Pour pomegranate juice, vodka, and wine into the pitcher with the fruit and stir well.
Cover and chill in the fridge at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher.
Sangria can be made up to 8 hours in advance.
